Garage Floor Coatings of Mn did an outstanding job at our facility, Stillwater Country Club in 2021. Daniel Bisanz came out to visit the property and inspected our sidewalks, ramp, stairway and foundation for repairs. After a thorough review, we were presented with a solid plan to eliminate the water mitigation issue we were experiencing in the lower level of the building. Existing concrete was demolished and the problem areas were repaired with new waterproof membranes, new concrete and sealer. Work was done in an organized, timely professional manner with attention to detail and we would highly recommend them. Many thanks to Daniel Bisanz and Garage Floor Coatings on a job well done. It’s been a couple weeks since you completed our garage floor project … and it looks fantastic! I smile every time I walk into the garage. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the communication from your office throughout the process. From the sales estimate from Nick Waldee to the completion of the job it was an exceptionally professional experience. Although I had to convince my wife that it needed to be done sooner rather than later due to the concrete cracks, pitting and holes she is all on board now that it’s finished. Neighbors have commented on how great it looks and they are right, it does look great. The only issue is that I now MUST complete the rest of the garage by painting walls and the like so the floor doesn’t look out of place! I really can’t thank you enough. ~ Lee B

We recently had some repair work done on our garage floor. They were coated a couple of years ago by Garage Floor Coating of MN. My recollection from talking to GFC is that they have a do-it-yourself kit or you can hire them. I chose to hire this time to learn the process so I could do it myself if the need arises in the future. The guy that came over (Uriel) was young, quiet, and competent. The repair took about 30 minutes. My wife and I both commented that the process is more artistic than it is manual labor and I don’t believe I would try it myself without the artistic background that this guy possesses. The repair looks great and we’re happy that we had GFC do it for us. ~ Bob B

A unique way to do business with Garage Floor Coating of MN has been discovered!! We have a deck on the front of our home that had an old fiberglass coating from 1986 that started to fail. We replace the wood with marine grade plywood in 2017 and had a marine coating done. It failed in less than one year! We were referred to Garage Floor Coating of MN by a contractor. I called Garage Floor Coating of MN on a Tuesday, they were here in a few days and provided a bid within 24 hours! They sent us a contract over the weekend and our project is in the works. We had decided to make improvements to our garage floor and front stoop. We went about our due diligence and had visits and bids by other garage floor coating companies. This is my second round with Garage Floor Coating of MN. I had my garage floor done 2 years ago at a residence I just sold (which I think helped the sale of the house) and now at my new residence coming in May. Really looking forward to it!! Nick and Pete Slama have both been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Great service as I had a few bubbles at my old address and they came out and did a wonderful job fixing them. Flooring staff is very skilled at what they do... I would recommend them to everyone. I manage commercial real estate and we recently had a small commercial garage done by Garage Floor Coatings of MN and it is too nice to drive on. I see a tenant with a dirty vehicle and I want to stop them from parking. From our sales person to the staff that schedules the work and warranty work, all so easy to work with and professional. Christian and his team onsite doing the work, fantastic. Got a call when heading to the property, photos texted while they worked and a text to tell me they were securing the garage and leaving for the day. Garage Floor Coating of MN coated my garage floor earlier this summer and I couldn't be happier with the results. We did some shopping before going with GFCMN and not only did they have the best selection of finishes but they even provided a lifetime warranty which is something I didn't see offered by the other floor coating companies here in Minneapolis. We went with the finish called Granite which is exactly what we were looking for. They also had very friendly staff, over the phone and in my home. Outstanding. Very flexible. We changed our floor color twice. Visit their showroom if you're able. We had to reschedule, no issue. Received an email each day announcing their eta. They came at that time. Got the work done on schedule. Being that we didn't have garage doors for several weeks, they even offered to cover the openings with plastic for us. The first thing people ask us about our garage is who did the floor. We've even been asked a couple times "do you park cars in here?" The only thing better than the floor coating was the service. Great people and a great product. As they will tell you I'm very picky and I had gone with another company 9 years ago and I had them redo the floor 3 times; it was one mistake after another. They finally got it right, with me working along side of them to manage the project on the third time. After 9 years I decided to switch colors and materials (wanted more texture) and went with Garage Floor Coatings of MN. It was a very easy process. They scheduled the work far enough in advance to get my own schedule arranged. Salesman explained everything in detail and it was easy for me to understand. When I was not sure he explained why one thing might be better than another so I could make a choice. During the week the work was being done, I woke everyday to an email stating approximately when they would be at my house to work. The workers were very friendly and explained what they were doing. We had a great experience with the Garage Floor Coating Team and our rep Jordan. We had it coated just before our daughter's grad party. It made the space go from an ordinary garage, to an extension of the interior of our house. The neighbors are in awe of how awesome the garage floor looks and now really love spending time our there. Garage Floor of MN did my garage floor in 2015. I really love how nice it looks and how easy it is to keep clean during our Minnesota winters. I contacted Emily about an area that was lifting up due to moisture in the concrete. The service person Uriel came out and did a great job repairing the spot. I cannot see where the damaged area was. Emily was very easy to work with. Uriel was very customer focused and did excellent work. Thanks to both of them. Great experience from start to finish and an amazing finished product! I have used Garage Floor Coating of MN twice for our garage floors. We had our garage floors done for a previous home and for our current home. I needed this project completed before graduation this spring and they were able to accommodate having this done during the winter, which was key to finishing the project on time. The process was simple and communication among the team was great. We also needed some wood work and trim completed in the garage prior to the floor coating. We worked with Nick, he was fantastic! Nick was able to accommodate our schedule and complete the baseboards quickly and most importantly quality work. Nick coordinated with the garage floor team for measurements and provided the supplies making it a stress free project for us. As a business owner, I tend to pay keener attention perhaps than most in how a company is managed. I haven’t been this impressed in a long while. Their communication, how every person I came in contact with handled their piece, simply top flite. Yes, the floor cane out great, but the weird thing is that I sensed it would leading to it, and the talent that came knocked it right out of the park. Very impressive company. Just initiated a project with GFC to remove and replace my garage floor and install the Platinum System coating. I chose GFC for this project based on excellent reviews from friends on the quality of their floor coating systems. Just had GFC of MN come out and give me an estimate on coating a basement floor after a flood. Andrew Snyder was our salesman and I can't say enough about how he handled business. Very courteous and professional. Answered all questions and was very honest in his recommendations. Great conversationalist too! Signed the contract as he left and now we have to wait a few weeks for the work to begin. Can't wait to see what the finished product will look like. The results are nothing short of stunning. My garage floor looks like a countertop. This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The crews are professional, courteous, and very customer oriented. I did quite a bit of research from cheap epoxy to a full concrete replacement. This is the place to go if your garage floor is cracked and pitted. Yes.. you could do something a bit cheaper, but why deal with disappointment? I highly recommend them. ~ Scott E

Absolutely LOVE our new granite colored floor in our 3 car garage which had a 25 yr old beginning to decay floor. We chose the platinum package and Art and his crew made it look brand new again. I'm the type of person who gets multiple bids from multiple companies regardless of what I do around my house. I interviewed a half dozen garage floor coating companies and GFC was by far the best. I like the methods they use to apply the coatings and am very excited to see the finished result when they complete the job this Summer. Garage Floor of MN will be doing our garage floor in about a month. The cost estimate was about what I thought it would be and their service so far has been very professional. I picked them because of their extensive experience. I know nothing about this process. I only know my garage floor is pocked marked and peeling and looks awful and we had some money saved up so we could fix the problem. Plus I want the free squeegee. I'll update later if something exciting happens. ~ M M

The project manager contacted us on all the dates and steps for the garage floor coating. The floor was completed and we have not had any issues with the coating. What I want to say is this company fixed an issue with the install in a fast and timely manner. The issue was with the glue because it didn't dry or harden. They rescheduled to remove the bad product and reinstalled the new product. I would use this company again on how they handled my situation. ~ Les L
